Cut the CRAP ... A Man's Point of View!

I am not the biggest baddest in the gym, nor do I ever claim to be. I also don’t claim to have all the answers of nutrition health and fitness but what I do know is that I have found some crafty ways that have helped me eliminate unwanted body fat so that I can maintain and feel great. 

 

For years I chased the fitness industry running on false hopes that someday I would have massive bulging muscles and veins like ALL THE FITNESS MODELS in the magazines. Until one day it hit me. You see, it is really sad but MOST of the industry is a lie and it can be extremely deflating trying to stay natural while attempting to look like these models. 

 

I started looking at all the MMA fighters that train vigorously for months if not years and quickly realized that these guys have a realistic body not the ones in fitness magazines. These guys are staying natural, staying fit, staying healthy and agile all while looking great. Knowing that, it changed my whole outlook. I needed to sit back and re-establish what I was doing wrong. 

 

I WAS COMPARING MYSELF TO THE WRONG PEOPLE! 

 

My goals are to be healthy, be fit, be agile and age well. The people I compared myself to were not ideal to my goals nor were they for the most part achievable while staying natural.  

 

Ask yourself WHY do you want to be healthy and once you know your why, once you really know your why.... you will find a way to make it happen.

 

FIND YOUR WHY AND MAKE A GAME PLAN. BECAUSE.....IF YOU ARE NOT MAKING A GAME PLAN YOU ARE MAKING EXCUSES.
