I have always lived an active lifestyle, from competitive sports gymnastics and cheerleading to hiking and paddling as well as coaching sports for toddlers, youth, and teens. As I grew athletically my passion for helping others reach their lifestyle goals grew. I am a hairstylist by trade so helping people feel good about themselves came very naturally to me. Through SMFitness I will customize plans to fit every personality and goal, weekly coaching and mentoring as well as monthly progress reports. I hope to turn fitness and healthy nutrition into a passion for all of you!
